Description

Good health means far more than the absence of disease. It is a sense of aliveness which comes with the integration and balance of body, mind and spirit. We are not our body, neither is the body simply a vehicle for our minds or our souls during our lifetime. The body is the physical expression of the mind and spirit. It is an extension of the mind's intelligence, and a visible dimension of our selves. We are far more than the sum total of body, mind and spirit, and it is necessary to address each aspect of our selves in order to live our lives to our fullest potential. Too often we find our energy depleted by everyday worries, stress, and all the other challenges we are frequently faced with. If we can attain vibrant physical health, calmness of mind, and a strong connection with our Higher Self, our journey through life will be a joyous one no matter what stones - or boulders - we encounter in our path.
