Description
Eastern Express is a year-round competitive swim team located in central New Jersey. Swimmers range in age from 6 to 18 and are offered the opportunity to compete in USA Swimming sanctioned competitions. There are meets for every age and skill level. Our "Age-Groupers" focus on perfecting stroke technique and learning the skills necessary to advance to the Senior part of the program. At the Senior level, athletes focus on training the aerobic base while constantly striving to improve technique. Express swimmers have competed at Olympic Trials, Nationals, Sectionals, Eastern Zone Championships, New Jersey Junior Olympics and other championship meets. Swimming at Express is more than a sport -- it's a way of life. We strive to better our athletes in and out of the pool.
