Description

Our mission is to collectively provide effective prevention and behavioral health services for individuals and families in order to improve their quality of life and health. Working together, we provide services that include outpatient counseling, residential, day support, infant intervention, medication management, 24 hour emergency, transportation, and case management.

We provide an array of services to help the individual resolve the crisis in the least restrictive, recovery oriented method possible.

Since its inception in 1971 as a bi-county provider, the ESCSB has been providing quality services for individuals with mental health and substance abuse disorders and developmental disabilities. Additionally, the ESCSB provides substance abuse services for youth and adolescents and early intervention services for developmentally delayed infants and toddlers.

The Eastern Shore Community Service Board’s (ESCSB) treatment team is comprised of caring, well qualified staff dedicated to meeting the needs of individuals served by our mental health, substance abuse, and developmental programs.
