H & R Accounts has been an Ecliptics client for the past 6 years. We started with the Client Access application and have since added the Payment Gateway and Report Archiving applications. H & R Accounts chose Ecliptics because of their seamless interface to our Columbia Ultimate environments, both The Collector System and ManageMed. This interface has eliminated the need for additional hardware, external data storage and data flow processes. All inquiries using the applications are real time, current to the moment. The Ecliptics applications are used daily by clients, consumers and in-house users. We consider Ecliptics to be an integral vendor-partner with H & R Accounts. We have been more than pleased with the products and the technical expertise of the Ecliptics staff. I highly recommend them and their applications. We have been working with Ecliptics since 2000. We have always found them to be a company dedicated to building software that is very specific to what our needs have been. They understand the intricacies of our business, and are able to make suggestions to our software design that will best enable us to be more efficient and effective. Our operations far surpass our competitors largely because of Ecliptics
