Description
EcoSpect, Inc. was founded in 1995, by Alan Wagner and Cliff Olin, to provide top level environmental consulting services, with a specialization in Lead Based Paint, to the upstate New York area. At that time, lead based paint was an old issue that was getting new attention. Housing related professionals had known about the potential health effects of lead based paint exposure for some time but, no one had stepped forward to offer comprehensive procedures for identifying and dealing with Lead Based Paint.
We specialize in all types of lead based paint consulting including lead based paint testing and risk assessments.
Since 1995, EcoSpect Inc. has been helping families, apartment owners, government entities, business owners and non-profit organizations with their lead based paint issues. The experience we have gained over that time period allows us to identify lead based paint related threats to occupants health and safety and identify the most cost effective means to address those threats. More importantly, we can help you identify trouble before it happens and avoid costly, last minute measures that may not adequately address the problem.
Risk Assessments are conducted to identify Lead Based Paint Hazards and to provide solutions in managing or correcting the hazards for your child's safety.
Lead Risk Assessments are conducted based on guidelines established by the US Dept of Housing and Urban Development and coupled with our extensive experience of providing lead consulting to various clients. A lead based paint risk assessment is conducted to determine whether lead based paint hazards exist and, if so, provide solutions on reducing and managing such hazards until complete abatement takes place.
