For more than 50 years, the El Camino Youth Symphony (ECYS) has been serving over 450 K-12 students annually in the Silicon Valley by providing the highest quality music education and performance opportunities to talented young musicians. Students participate in the organization’s four full orchestras and three ensembles, and perform 15 concerts to approximately 13,000 live audience members in prestigious venues each season.
An internationally recognized artistic faculty supports the young musicians, who also have opportunities to perform in collaboration with soloists of international stature. ECYS musicians receive mentoring and coaching from a distinguished roster of professional musicians and conductors dedicated to opening the world of orchestral music to the next generation.
