Ed’s Collision has been in the same Maple Grove, Minn. location since 1979, servicing Maple Grove and many other communities for over 35 years. NEW- Star Quality Customer Service - 2 credits, course #1007696 The primary course objective is to give you a more complete understanding of how critical customer service skills are to your business. We will provide you with an education in dealing with regular and new customers in order to grow your business. Throughout this two hour workshop, you will study how to properly document your interaction with your clients, the benefits of formal written communication, and best practices for both documentation and letter writing.

Chad has worked at Ed’s since 2002. On a daily basis he performs many duties including finding the best car parts for quality repairs. Chad has experience in detailing and parts and attended Hennepin Technical College for Auto Body. When he is not at work Chad enjoys drag racing, fishing and working around his house.
