We grow and market a variety of specialty crops for human use and consumption such as edamame soybean seed, blue lupine, onion seed, and wildflower seed. We became fascinated with edamame in 1995 on a trip to Japan and soon afterwards began trialing edamame to identify ones that perform well in the Southeast where plant diseases and our long, hot season are particularly intense. Green Lion, Bellesoy, Black Sugar and Korean Black were the result of these endeavors. We then branched out to include other edamame varieties, specifically Midori Giant and MoJo Green that grow successfully throughout the United States. Try our varieties in your area. All edamame varieties are produced, cleaned, and sized exclusively on our farm or with our contract producers.
