Cecile joined EKC in August 2012 with over 15 years of experience in public accounting. She obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from St. Scholastica’s College in Manila, Philippines. She has worked in private industry as well as public accounting and has extensive experience in all types of tax preparation and planning, payroll administration, write up, financial statements preparation, budgets and use of various types of accounting software. She is an active member of St. Elizabeth Catholic Church in Port Neches.

Mary joined EKC in 2010 with experience in industry. She provides clients with tax return preparation, write-up, and financial statement preparation. She is also active in the firm’s audit practice and has experience in governmental, non-profit, municipalities and small business audit engagements. She is a member of Texas Society of CPAs. Mary is also a member of Central Baptist Church in Buna.

Cheryl Ray began her accounting career in 1988 in Victoria, Texas. Cheryl has many years of experience in tax preparation, auditing, and financial statement preparation. She has been in Public Accounting for most of her career, but also has experience as a Finance Director for both a city and a college. Cheryl has had experience with many different business types including banks, State and Local Governments, small businesses, and many other entity types. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Josh joined Edgar, Kiker & Cross, PC in 2008 after a brief management career with a local business, which was awarded Business of the Year during his tenure by one of the local Chambers of Commerce. He promoted to manager with the firm in 2013 and provides clients with tax planning and preparation, client accounting, payroll and sales tax preparation, financial statement preparation, review services, and some software support. Josh has experience with Individuals, Partnerships, Corporations, Limited Liability Companies and Non-profit Organizations.
