EDGE Properties, Inc. is a full service management company with extensive experience in both single and multifamily residential rental properties. EDGE's approach to property management is somewhat different as we are both property managers and owners of investment properties. EDGE's business philosophy is not to be the largest or most known, nor is our objective to maintain an extensive 'market footprint' but rather be a small, focused firm that provides its select customer base with greater hands on customized solutions.
