Candidate shall have prior experience in the Information Technology field, preferably working for a developer or construction company. Prior experience working with Timberline, Autocad, and Realpage is a huge plus.

The position will involve visiting the NJ properties as well. Must have experience in residential/apartment marketing, advertising, leasing and promotions. Experience with an A/B level portfolio is required. Lease-up experience is a plus. Must have a successful track record of overcoming challenges and using creative ideas to increase traffic/occupancy.

Minimum seven years of creative leadership experience in architectural design. Must be self-directed. Bachelor or Architecture degree, Master of Architecture preferred. Advanced knowledge of managing the creative design process. Experience on large scale projects a plus. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Hands-on person who is a team player. Proven award winning track record on luxury interior and architectural design projects. Licensed Architect preferred. Proficiency with Autocad 2013 and other 3D CAD software. Immediate availability preferred.

Location: Central New Jersey Area Job Title: Construction Superintendent Relevant Work Experience: 7+ years of experience Career Level: Senior Level Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Preferred Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent with significant construction management/estimating experience in the central New Jersey area. This position will assist in growing our portfolio of residential and commercial properties that we have purchased, developed, and continue to manage post construction. The Construction Superintendent is responsible for the entire construction process for a portfolio of residential and commercial property within a given territory. This is a hands-on role responsible for creating job cost estimates, managing and supervising general contractors, and completing quality work on time. This position works closely with the Senior VP of Construction.
