EDON Controls, Inc. engineers and manufactures conveyor line trackers, encoder drives and other conveyor synchronization devices. We also manufacture paint finishing automation, PLC controls, robotic gun and bell washers, and associated products and services for both the automotive and industrial markets. We offer a complete line of vertical and horizontal reciprocators, as well as electrostatic disk reciprocators with strokes up to 26 feet. We have been serving our customers since 1950.
We seek to provide technological advancements to improve and enhance our products for paint finishing automation and conveyor control, as well as provide other devices and services, which fulfill our customer's requirements.
The reciprocator is designed for easy maintenance as the smooth aerodynamic enclosure opens to provide full and easy access to all components. The machine base is a heavy 1-1/2" steel plate to provide maximum stability; and, tall machines require no lateral bracing. The base can be optionally furnished with dolly wheels/ways/guides, etc. for manual or programmed positioning.
