Mr. Shaub's diverse facility operations, maintenance, design, construction management, and commissioning experience brings comprehensive HVAC & BAS design & implementation skills to each project.Ron Anderson, P.E., C.S.E., Principal, has 37 years experience in the design, calibration, & installation of HVAC controls and has authored several published articles on controls. Mr. Anderson pioneered and incorporated the new dynamic control concept into EESI's award-winning (BAS) computer software. Design work includes providing as-built control drawings and control operation manuals. Mr. Anderson is innovative in designing custom control sequencing, has comprehensive background in data management, software management, and energy data monitoring, collection, and compilation.Steve Barney, C.E., has over 25 years experience as an energy analyst and BAS design and commissioner for institutional and commercial buildings. Mr. Barney is the team lead in building and system surveys, energy auditing, and Oregon energy code compliance. Mr. Barney is a certified commissioning agent.
