Description

The LEAKNET™ product line has its origins in the Pt. Arguello offshore platform installation in Santa Barbara, California. EFA was contracted to develop an ultra-high performance leak detection system for this application, which included both wet sour crude and wet sour gas. The resulting statistically based, event-detection methodology, Pressure Point Analysis™ (PPA™) was patented and today forms the foundation of LEAKNET™. This was the first wet oil leak detection system approved by the U.S. Department of the Interior's Minerals Management Service.
