Founded in 1991, ECI is an independent compensation consulting firm located in the Rocky Mountain region. Based in metro Denver, Colorado, ECI serves clients throughout the U.S. Collaborating closely with key decision makers within the client organization, our analysts draw on input from all parts of the organization to develop customized solutions specific to our client's situation.

Ms. Piper provides technology leadership for ECI. Her responsibilities include alignment of technology to support business strategies, compensation data analysis, software development and program management. With more than twenty-five years of Information Technology experience, Kathleen previously served as a Director, Information Technology for the First American Corporation, a Fortune 500 company, and Vice President, Operations for Allegro Software, Inc., a provider of workforce management solutions.

For more than 20 years ECI has been collaborating with organizations to develop tailored compensation programs that support corporate objectives.
