The ownership of Oakhurst Center, an office complex located in Bellevue, embarked on a capital improvement project to update their interior design and brand image. They hired e! to develop a new identity , as well as a complex-wide signage program . To create a single branded experience, e! worked with the architectural firm and project management team to develop a design package that coordinated with the refreshed interiors. Exterior signage was relocated to provide enhanced visibility to the future light rail and vehicular traffic.
