As a result of the support, training, and assistance they receive, EHS Support Services clients experience a decrease in their psychiatric symptoms, and they are able to avoid hospitalization and other institutionalization. Our clients also experience an increase in their quality of life and proficiency in daily functioning and an improvement in their sense of well-being. Ending their isolation and providing opportunities for proper socialization and recreation open up a whole new world of positive experiences for many of our clients. EHS is dedicated to providing every one of our clients the opportunity to live their best life. Persons with mental illness are often the most vulnerable and isolated persons in our communities. Unlike many other illnesses, the struggles associated with mental illness are made all the more difficult because of the nature of the illness itself - coping with even the simplest tasks can be an insurmountable challenge. Mental Health Support Services are designed to assist those with mental health diagnoses in meeting all of life's struggles and challenges - from helping the client to navigate through the often confusing and burdensome maze associated with accessing community resources to training the client in the most basic life skills. EHS Support Services provides Mental health Supports meeting a wide range of needs associated directly with the mental illness itself and also with the accompanying issues that go along with every mental health diagnosis.
