Leasing is an integral component that drives Eidi Properties Group's overall investment strategy. For each of its projects, Eidi Properties conceives and implements a leasing strategy which creates new or complements existing and commercial centers. After identifying potential commercial markets, Eidi Properties considers the product mix which will best address the unique needs of a community and maximize investment potential. In finalizing a development plan, an optimal allocation of retail, and other possible uses is determined. A mix of national and local retail tenants, and potential office uses are evaluated and included in each project as required to contribute to the desired environment. WE PROTECT BROKERS, ALWAYS. Our Leasing Group has a broad range of experience including: Retail: We deal with national and regional tenants & brokers requirements, sales volume targets, leasing demographics, and space requirements and specifications; and are in frequent contact with our tenant representatives. Office leasing: We have excellent relationships with regional and local offices of brokerage firms to identify potential tenants, and Eidi Properties will take the active role in tenant qualification, lease term analysis, lease negotiations and space programming. a. tenants-- With a resourceful, leasing-driven focus and an emphasis on service, Eidi Properties maintains strong relationships across a broad range of national, regional and local retailers and service providers.
