Elan Furs is a family owned business for more than four generations with three locations - Indianapolis, Michigan Avenue in Chicago, and Barth Wind Elan in Morton Grove, Illinois. Designers such as Michael Kors, Zandra Rhodes, Pisani, Zuki, Louis Feraud and many other top American and European Designers as well as Elan's own designs fill the showrooms in fur, leather, shearling and accessories. Sizes range from petite to extra plus for men, women and children. We specialize in custom designs - fashioning unique creations for every whim and fancy. Home furnishings such as pillows and throws, accessories and novelty items - for example - Teddy bears and doll coats can also be found in our salons. We create fashion make - overs for your older or inherited garments. Other services include storage, cleaning, reconditioning, repair, appraisals, shearing and dying. We travel to several cities throughout the U.S. during the Fall and Winter with our Caravan Sales. Please check with us to see when we'll be in a city near you.
