As a Concept salon, we are committed to exclusively using Aveda products in the services that we provide to our guests. Aveda products are made with pure plant and flower essences. The Aveda company is committed to environmentally and socially-conscious leadership. Members of the ELAN team wear Aveda make-up and use Aveda hair care and skin care products as part of their daily health and beauty rituals.

Rachel received her Cosmetology License after graduating from Lancaster School of Cosmetology, and is pursuing her love of providing great customer service as a Nail Technician. She loves meeting new people and making them feel great.

ELAN remains committed to the community, focusing its efforts on giving back to charitable organizations. We provide monetary donations, gift baskets, gift certificates to local charitable organizations, and national campaigns such as American Cancer Society, Susan G. Komen for the Cure, American Heart Association, Earth Month, Women and Children's Domestic Violence groups, and others.

At ELAN, learning never ends! Continuing education is vital to providing a high level of service to our guests; so we require team members to stay current in their fields on new techniques, the latest styles, and technologies. New hires participate in a training program in their service area. We also offer in-salon classes by Aveda educators.

Our mission is to provide an environment where relaxation and personal attention reign. Please be sure to turn off your cell phone when you enter the salon to ensure that your experience, and that of others, is not disturbed. Children Children are always welcome during their scheduled service. Although we love children, for their safety and the comfort and relaxation of our guests, we ask that you refrain from bringing unattended children into the salon and spa. Payment VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Personal Checks and Cash are accepted. Gift Certificates are also available.
