Karen Giese is a graduate of the University of Oregon with a degree in Psychology and Counseling. Before joining Eldercare Managment Servcies, Karen worked for several years as an Outreach Counselor. She has been with Eldercare Management Services for over 10 years and has been a valuable asset to Cindy in assisting clients with caregivers, accompaning clients to doctor or other appointments, on-going monitoring of clients in their homes and/or facilities while ensuring their safety and care needs are being met.

Providing good service means taking the time to listen. We will work with you every step of the way to make sure you receive the services you need. Our business is client-oriented, and we maintain strict confidentiality.

Her background includes management of a home care agency, and eight years experience with the State of Oregon’s Senior services Division. And Cindy has been the owner of Eldercare Management Services LLC for over 15 years.

Cindy Hoeper is always available to provide consumer education, advocacy, and support for you or a loved one in a caring, gentle, supportive environment.
