Ralph and Jenny Gelder incorporated ECAM in June 1994. At the time they lived in the Sandestin community and Ralph was the President of the homeowners association in which they lived. In his dealings with the management companies of the day, it dawned on Ralph that managing an association could have a more customized service with the personal touch of a family business. A lack of competition in the area didn’t allow for many options in selecting a management company.

From developing operating budgets to reserve funding, our firm has the resources to protect and maintain the financial health of your association.

Our staff has the ability to identify and solve your maintenance issues quickly and effectively utilizing our network of carefully screened vendors – vendors who know the level of service and quality our clients expect. As part of our maintenance program, we provide regular site inspections of the property, present our findings to the Board, and assist in securing bids when maintenance work is needed. Our experienced managers will follow up with vendors and their projects to make sure it gets completed in a timely manner.
