Without limiting the foregoing, these third parties may provide EBCS with payment processing, shipping, data management, e-mail distribution, e-mail response, market research, information analysis, and promotions management services.

We will share your personal information with our client when you are a customer if you have enrolled in the payment, billing and/or collection services provided on behalf of our client by EBCS and only to the extent required by EBCS to perform under the agreement between EBCS and our client and the client you are a customer of.

This is one of the main reasons we believe you should not be processing your own recurring billing or payment plans. Not only is the expense to implement a secure data network to meet PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry - Data Security Standard) compliance standards very high, but the revenue and customer goodwill lost from a security breach is enormous.

Our CSR program does not affect your client's credit score and gives you an efficient tool to determine the down payment and term of the payment plan. Revenue from payment plans is deposited electronically into your practice's bank account twice each month. Easy online access to all financial reports through our web site, allowing you to track payments and balances and post payment information in your practice management & accounting software. Missed payments or failed transactions receive immediate follow-up from EBCS customer service staff.
