Description

Over 30 years ago, Electronic Stamping Corporation was established in Gardena, California to provide precision miniature metal stampings to the electronics industry. In the late 1970’s, Electronic Systems Packaging (ESP) was formed under Electronic Stamping Corporation in Rancho Dominguez, California to accommodate the growing needs for interconnecting devices in high power applications. ESP broke away from Electronic Stamping Corporation in 1998 and became a separate entity to concentrate its efforts on manufacturing bus bars and magnet assemblies.

Multilayer laminated or molded interconnect products for dedicated signal and data transmission. In our engineered products area, each unit is custom designed and manufactured to meet your specific system requirements, offering greater noise isolation, lower inductance, lower resistance and distributed capacitance.

With the radically increasing circuit requirements of today's high-density designs, the need for more sophisticated interconnect technology is required. ESP provides custom interconnects to meet every need. We can design and manufacture an integrated system from the power supply to the component level through main frame distribution. Whatever your requirements, we offer a custom design to meet your needs. We know what works! We will help you with your design development, assist in evaluating your design and material selection for cost-effective production.

Electronic Systems Packaging specializes in fabricating custom designed multi-layered laminated bus bar per customer specifications including IGBT?s and CNC machined copper bus bars for high current applications. Our backplane interconnect systems offer efficient, cost-effective ways to distribute signals or power to either multiple points on a printed circuit board or throughout a system. They offer a variety of benefits to a system designer, which can simplify printed circuit board design to control impedance, minimize noise, cross-talk, eliminate wiring errors, and simplify assembly.
