Description
The group consists of two parent companies, Eletta Holding AB and Eletta Invest AB. These are active in two divisions; Measurement & Control (pls. see below) and Under Water Cleaning. The latter consists of The Weda Group of companies. More information can be obtained at www.weda.se . Apart from that Eletta also has a minority stake in the Swiss company Helios Messtechnik; helios.mess-technik.ch . In all the two divisions have approximately 70 employees and production facilities, offices and warehouses in Sweden, Switzerland, Germany, China and the USA.
