His ability and professionalism to work directly with the Architect saved me time. He delivered a schematic budget and also assisted with rezoning. Kevin had great enthusiasm toward my project during the entire process, I found the experience of working with him to be very refreshing and rewarding.

I had the pleasure of working with Kevin Breed of Elevate Construction on a gym buildout project here at Masonboro Family Medicine.My first impression from our pre-bid meeting was extremely positive. His ideas for improvements in our engineer's design proved to be very effective and cost saving for our final product. Kevin's bid was very competitive, and yet his work was excellent as well. His attention during the build resulted in several improvements in materials over those specified in the plans.
