We manufacture a full line of residential elevator & LULA elevators as well as residential dumbwaiters. Our standard models will accommodate most requirements. We specialize in custom designs to accomodate situations that standard units can not handle.
Today we offer a complete line of hydraulic and winding drum residential elevators, LULA’s and dumbwaiters. No other small elevator manufacturer offers such a comprehensive product line. We continually integrate innovation with improvement, with new additions to the product line being introduced on a regular basis. In March of 2012, Elevator Concepts Ltd became part of the Wurtec Group and will be known as Elevator Concepts by Wurtec. We are now a part of the industry's premiere manufacturer and distributor of tools, parts, and communication devices for the vertical transportation market.
Elevator Concepts, Ltd. was founded in 1986 by Doug Scott and Leigh Gaither to design and manufacture high quality small elevators specifically for the residential and access market. We started out with 4000 sq. ft. of rented space, and have been growing ever since. Today we make our home in Riverview, Michigan, with over 20,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing space on almost 5 acres. We started out making only one product, a small basement traction machine elevator.
