Los Angeles Friends of Tibet is a non-profit organization devoted to promoting awareness of Tibet's endangered culture and the anguish of the Tibetan people under Communist Chinese occupation. As a non-profit organization, LAFOT is dedicated to presenting to the public Tibet's ancient traditions of philosophy, art, and science; informing the public of the human rights and environmental conditions of Tibet, and sharing Tibet's unique spiritual contributions to universal peace.
