In addition to a full line of general contracting services, we also offer preconstruction, construction management and design build services. Construction Management As an advisor and representative of the project owner, EWBi is able to offer owner-management capabilities without sacrificing owner control of project timelines or responsibility for prime or general contractors. We provide advice during design, manage the bid process and oversee construction in a functional general contractor role.
