Mary is a native Floridian with over 10 years of experience in the yachting industry; both onboard and in land based sales. Having prior experience as an employment coordinator she is a natural when it comes to matching available crew with suitable positions. Her education in Marketing combines genuine professionalism with an eye for the thoughtful details needed to assist our clients and crew.

Cory has provided IT support and consulting for Elite Crew International since 2010 on behalf of Dynamic Network Support (ECI’s IT Managed Services provider). He has been an ‘IT Guy’ for over 10 years both for the Army and in the civilian world. He is highly certified and has a wide range of IT skills encompassing all of ECI’s needs and more.

Our team consists of highly experienced individuals, with strong backgrounds and hands on experience in the maritime industry. We remain at the forefront of Crew Recruitment by continuing to educate our Crew Agents & staff, truly being here to help make successful matches between Employers and Crew, and most importantly by remaining committed to your needs.

Rhonda has a career in business management, marketing and administration, and brings a wealth of experience to the ECI team. Her maritime background encompasses almost every aspect of yachting including yacht management, sales and charter. She is keen to utilize her strong work ethic, communication and interpersonal skills in providing the best service to our Clients and crew.

Madeleine became part of the Elite Crew International team in early 2006. Having a strong background in yachting and a Degree in Industrial Psychology, she’s one of our highly experienced Crew Agents! She looks forward to providing professional and dedicated service to our clients and crew.
