Elite Personnel is a temporary and permanent staffing agency serving the Washington Metropolitan Area for over 16 years. The Company's primary objective is providing highly-qualified administrative and technical personnel to a variety of industries, including law firms, small businesses, government contractors, financial institutions and communications companies. Elite Personnel was founded in 1988 by Lisa Meek Banfield, who set the standards of quality the company adheres to today. In 2003 Elise Ambrose purchased Elite Personnel having managed the Company for five years in the mid-1990s. Ms. Ambrose brings extensive business management and marketing skills to the ownership of Elite. Ms. Ambrose is determined to meet or exceed the rigid standards for professionalism and skill level that have been the hallmark of Elite Personnel's reputation.
