Prior to joining Arbor Networks, MJ was the VP of Human Resources for Viisage Technology and eRoom Technology. She was responsible for the strategy, program design, implementation and management for all people programs and practices. Within her roles, she has also been the Human Resources leader for all acquisitions - both from being acquired and acquiring other organizations.

Mary-Jo (MJ) Porcello has more than 25 years of progressive experience in the field of human resources and 10 years as the strategic leader for the function.
