Dr. Elmore is affectionately known throughout the Central Valley as "the Vein Doctor." What makes this medical practice unique is that we are totally dedicated to serve the needs of our patients in a kind and considerate manner. Our mission is to enhance the lives of those with whom we make contact. Professionally, we will accomplish this by relieving pain, improving appearance, and encouraging a healthy lifestyle.
