Joseph Holland has been with Elswick Chiropractic & Associates since February 2011 as a Licensed Massage Therapist. He was licensed in massage therapy in 2010. He has experience in rehabilitative exercises and has training in several modalities including myofascial release, cranial-sacral therapy, as well as active and passive stretching techniques. He is currently working on a Bachelor Degree in Kinesiology. He enjoys working with patients and seeing them progress and recover from injuries. He has said that massage therapy was the first step in achieving his ultimate goal of becoming a physical therapist.

We are proud to provide a state-of-the-art facility for the highest quality chiropractic care available. Our facility is a 5,600 square foot, two story building that houses the practices of Elswick Chiropractic & Associates PSC, Therapeutic Massage, and Fitness Plus Personal Training. It is one of our top priorities to protect the well-being of our valued patients. We are confident that you will feel right at home in our office as we welcome all patients as if they were family.

At Elswick Chiropractic & Associates it is our philosophy that no one discipline has all of the answers to pain. It has been our experience that one is not able to separate the muscles from the bones and joints when it comes to focusing on treatment for musculoskeletal pain. Thus, we have developed a soft tissue treatment program for those patients who suffer from significant muscle-related pain syndromes. A team of massage therapists, licensed by the Kentucky Regulatory Board for Massage Therapy, is available to assist the physicians in our treatment programs. The highly trained and skilled therapists are available by appointment for numerous forms of generalized massage therapy techniques.

Over the past 20 years we have come to understand that one of the most effective treatments for spine pain is one in which there is a multi-disciplinary team approach. It has been our experience at Elswick Chiropractic & Associates that by creating a team approach that utilizes the strengths of each discipline, we are able to provide our patients with one of the most comprehensive and effective treatment strategies available today.
