Eltec provides custom cables and wire harnesses to exceed our customer's expectations. Eltec specializes in discrete wire or jacketed multi-cable harnesses. We offer efficiency and high quality. For example we can produce up to 4,000 jumpers per hour. We achieve these results through our state-of-the art equipment and our well-trained employees. Our equipment includes automated lead makers, pneumatic bench presses, automated wire cutters, automated wire strippers, and automated test equipment incorporating computers. We also have hand equipment to support custom work. Our employee training includes process control, print reading, equipment operation, product inspection, and acceptance criteria. We certify each and every employee on each task they perform. Our low turnover rate enables us to assign experienced and qualified employees to every task. Our broad range of equipment and our highly trained work force enable us to select the right equipment and the right employees for the task. We can deal with volume runs as well as prototypes and/or short runs. We are pleased to support prototypes for testing and evaluation.
