ESI is a software development firm formed by a group of engineers to address the growing need for software teams. As the embedded software industry grows, the need for teams of developers ready to hit the ground running has also grown. As systems continue to increase in size and complexity, the days of the single-developer program are coming to an end. This is where ESI fits in. ESI is composed of mechanical, electrical, and computer engineers all with considerable systems and software experience who have been in industry for a combined total exceeding 60 years. This experience has been obtained in such diverse areas as Automotive Controls and Applications, Diesel Engine Controls and Management, Light, Medium, and Heavy Vehicle Applications, Aerospace, and Communications. Our mission is to produce embedded, real-time control software while exceeding customer expectations in all facets of development, quality, performance, and timeliness. All ESI team members have been trained in high quality, process-oriented software development. We recognize that high quality software is an expected result only when proper planning, execution, and verification of any engineering activity occurs.
