Our production staff has extensive experience in the electronic assembly industry. The average years of experience of our production staff exceeds 10 years. Our engineering and manufacturing management team has over 25 years of experience in the manufacturing of electronic assemblies. Our senior management team has an impressive history in growing and managing successful organizations while improving profitability and increasing stakeholder value. Ember Industries is a full service Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) company. We provide full turn-key assembly of Printed Circuit Assemblies, electronic and electromechanical devices, wire, cable and wire harness assemblies.
We work with many of our customers in the early phases of their designs. We provide valuable input based on our vast experience regarding the design for manufacturing and design for test. Based on our input, our customers have been able to save real dollars, cut production time and improve the quality of their products.
For many of our customers we provide a complete assembly of their products often referred to as “Box Build”. We assemble and test the printed circuit boards, make the wiring harnesses and cable assemblies, and put all the component parts together in a completed product. We then test the finished products to the customers’ specifications, box the product and in some cases, ship the product directly to our customers’ customer.
Ember Industries, Inc. was established in 1986 as a small contract design firm. Through the years Ember has progressed into a full service contract manufacturing organization. We are located between Austin and San Antonio with easy access to two major metropolitan areas to provide service and support to our customers.
