Debbie Bray, owner and president of Embroidery & Ink, has always had the "entrepreneurial bug" and has been a publisher, writer, advertising director, promoter and active volunteer in the community she lives in as well as the communities in which she has worked. As past president of the St. Francis Area Chamber of Commerce, Debbie was one of the founders of the newly formed Chamber, and was voted in to serve as its first president. She utilized her experience as past president of the Isanti Area Chamber of Commerce and applied those techniques to create a thriving organization that has enabled businesses and individuals in the St. Francis area to receive information pertinent to their businesses, to network with other businesses, as well as to provide scholarships to high school students. Embroidery & Ink is a proud member of the Cambridge Area Chamber of Commerce, the Isanti Area Chamber of Commerce and the St. Francis Area Chamber of Commerce. By working closely with chamber members, Ms. Bray has an understanding of many types of businesses - from retail and service to manufacturing, from city government to non-profit agencies. She utilizes her customer service skills to find out how each business can set themselves apart and gain market awareness.
