It is up to you to review your order confirmation this includes all shipping information. The production department uses our order Job Sheet to process orders and not customer PO's. Although your information may have been correct in the PO, you must review your order confirmation to confirm it's accuracy. If you find any errors, or inconsistencies, notify us immediately. Alternatively, we have the ability for you to place your own order online, this will ensure all information is accurate and that there are no delays on production.

Shipping charges are calculated at the time of shipping, although you may not see any charges at the time of your order confirmation, you will see charges added when you receive your final invoice. If you prefer to ship on your account, make sure you provide your full Fedex or UPS account number at the time of shipping. Please make sure to notify your customer service representative the speed in which the package should be sent (Ground, 3 day air, 2 day air, standard overnight ( by end of day), or first overnight (by 10am).
