EMC² Incorporated was founded in 1977 to provide an innovative source of meter-mix dispensing systems to the industrial world. What started as a 1500 sq. ft. shop with 4 employees, (3 part-time) and $150,000 in annual sales has grown to 26,000 sq. ft., over 40 employees, and nearly $8,000,000 in annual sales. Hard work, dedicated employees and excellent products and service achieved this growth. Since we don’t advertise, we have grown by word of mouth or, in other words, by reputation. Our business has grown from supplying single dispensing units to the design, build, and installation of large turnkey automated assembly lines. These utilize both hot air and RF bond cure systems. In addition to dispensing systems, we are the world leaders in in-mold coating systems. We were the first company to develop press leveling systems and IMC systems. These date back to 1978. In fact all other existing systems were copied from our initial developments.
