Co-author with Charles Figley of " Treating Traumatic Stress Injuries in Military Personnel: An EMDR Practitioner's Guide (2013), with over 20 publications to his credit including two book chapters on EMDR treatment of war trauma. Testified before the congressionally-mandated DoD Task Force of Mental Health regarding efforts to prevent a military mental health crisis as chronicled by USA Today, including the lack of veteran’s access to EMDR training, research, and treatment in the military. Organized and conducted seven joint DoD/VA EMDR trainings.
