Being an outdoorsman, avid fisherman and gardner round out the rest of his hobbies. These passions elequently integrate into his cooking style and theory of sustainability by the use of the freshest possible ingredients both land and sea have to offer. Chef Detore has close to 25 years of restaurant experience.
