Founded in 1997, as a principal buyer and redeveloper, Emerald Properties has demonstrated success in successfully repositioning retail properties. Our focus is two-pronged: 15-20 year old anchored shopping centers; or free standing single tenant retail properties. Over the years we have developed an approach to add value to these properties with prudent reinvestment and proactive asset and property management, through Summit Realty Advisors, L.L.C., our management affiliate. This approach has created successful investments for both our investors and us.
