6.1 No Rights in Software. This is an Agreement for services and access to this web site, and you are not granted a license to any software by this Agreement.

We do not sell or rent Customer Data, Customer Recipient Data or Site Visitor Data without advance permission or unless ordered by a court of law. The data we collect is available: 1) to customer who sign up for our service offering(s); 2) to Emercury employees who access and manage this information for legitimate business purposes such as customer service, marketing or billing purposes; and 3) to our service providers for purposes of providing functions or services related to our customers’ accounts (for example, billing functions).

Dedicated Team: We established a dedicated Privacy and Standards team. This team proactively educates our customers regarding best practices, and we take fast action when abuse occurs. Our Privacy and Standards department as well as individuals in our Customer Success department are dedicated to monitoring our abuse queues, which alert us to complaints on mail sent through our services.

Email marketing is about matching your customers with exactly what they need, when they need it. That's why autoresponders are so brilliant: they're a series of messages that can be sent automatically as your customers reach different points in their relationship with you.

We provide a NEVERMAIL feature so you are never bothered by any email marketing material from Emercury again. To get this removed they must contact us directly.
