Lori E. In addition to being elected to the Vallejo City Council on her first run for political office in 2009, Marti has 10 years of project management experience in redevelopment and urban planning. Currently, Marti is also the Executive Director of the North Franklin District Business Association – a non-profit corporation representing 600 businesses and more than 150 property owners in the “Latino District” of South Sacramento.
