Our founding goal was to provide a comprehensive selection of management services that are adapted to the needs of the customers. As we enter our 20th year of service, we continue to pursue that goal by providing an extensive array of products and services that our customers have need, and asked for.

EMS Management Systems, INC. believes in supporting and enhancing community based EMS programs whether it?s through a single organization or through a cooperative or strategic alliance. Providing reasonably priced products and services to our customers facilitates this mission.

A small charge is applied to all "unclean" claims when we are required to obtain patient insurance information and/or signature releases. Our billing office is staffed entirely by EMS providers who have over 50 years of combined EMS experience. EMS Management Systems, Inc. also provides billing services for Fire Departments and Rescue Companies. With dwindling local funds, many Fire and Rescue Companies must now charge for Fire Suppression and extrication services. We have ten years of experience in providing fire/rescue billing services.

EMS Management Systems, Inc. was founded in October 1989 by President & CEO John R. Ash. Today our firm proudly represents over 50 Fire and EMS organizations, several municipal governments and cities, and several acute care hospitals.
