Emergency Instruction was founded by John C. Dominguez a 22 year veteran of the Fire and EMS Services. Captain Dominguez has worked for; local, county, state and federal fire departments including local and regional EMS Providers . He has spent the last 6 years serving as Fire Captain/Company Officer managing wildland and municipal fire stations, first due engines, and truck companies . As a cadre leader, lead instructor and instructor Captain Dominguez has over 17 years in the fields of Fire and EMS instruction. He is currently a certified Fire Instructor I and Company Officer with the California State Fire Marshall, Outreach Instructor with the California Specialized Training Institute, American Heart Association Instructor, Emergency Care and Safety Institute Instructor and Instructor with the American Academy of Pediatrics. Our experienced instructors are certified and qualified in their specific fields of instruction and continue to update to the most recent and up to date standards. We specialize in Fire, EMS and Hazardous Materials certification. Our services are not only beneficial to the individual seeking instruction but include the agency the individual is employed with. The knowledge and skills that are attained by the individual allow them to function at a higher and more professional level therefore reducing the level of exposure to liability.
