The Women's Resource Center to End Domestic Violence's mission is to create a society in which domestic violence no longer exists. They strive to meet the immediate needs of the diverse community of battered women and their children by providing emergency shelter and services, while working toward changing the systems that enable violence through education and advocacy.

Dr. Sue Binder is an expert in the practice of public health, with broad experience in public health research and programs, both in the United States and internationally. She is currently working with Emory University on building national public health capacity in low-resource countries, the University of Georgia on research on schistosomiasis control, and Georgia State University on child maltreatment prevention. She is Chair of the Emory Center for Injury Control External Advisory Committee. Trained as a physician and board certified in Internal Medicine, Dr.

Emory Center for Health in Aging The Emory Center for Health in Aging is dedicated to enabling older adults to age safely and successfully within their homes and communities. They work towards this mission through partnership and community integration, scholarship and education.
