Mr. Patterson has been in the long term care industry for over 30 years. He served as EmpRes’s Chief Financial Officer from its inception in 1997 until February 2011. His career began as the Medicaid Reimbursement Officer and Health Economist for the State of Idaho. Mr. Patterson served as CFO and in other significant management roles with Chartham Management (48 facilities), National Heritage (230 facilities), BritWill Healthcare (90 facilities) and Achievements in Healthcare (18 facilities). Vancouver, WA. – July 1, 2013 – EmpRes Healthcare, a 100% employee owned company, announced today that an agreement has been closed involving the purchase of No Place Like Home Senior Care in Gardnerville, Nevada from its founder, Rick Ackerson. The EmpRes Healthcare affiliated companies currently operate three skilled nursing and post-acute care centers in the Carson Valley/Carson City area.
