Director, Legal Affairs and Litigation Reporting to the Vice President of Legal and Business Affairs, this position is responsible for managing all of the company's litigation and related matters. This includes litigation in federal and state courts, regulatory and administrative proceedings, investigations, and reporting to various governmental agencies. This position will strategically partner with outside counsel to produce a high quality legal output in an efficient and cost-effective manner. Further, the position is responsible to develop, improve and implement efficient legal systems and processes/procedures as well as prepare reports and presentations. This position will also provide analysis and advice regarding litigation-related legal risks, trends, and opportunities to reduce the company's risk exposure.
